The roasted seasonal veggies & caramelized onions combine with the creamy bite of manchego cheese in this classic dish. Delicious hot or cold, our quiche is made with local eggs, veggies & cream!
Dinner for 2 includes 4 mini quiches, whereas dinner for more includes a larger quiche!

Cauliflower Curry
with Paratha
I doubt it's in any way authentic, but this was the curry that I grew up eating. Rich with coconut, peanuts and spices. A mild curry - if you like yours spicy, I always suggest serving with a dash of cayenne.
Served with Paratha, a flakey Indian flatbread
